Circuit Training
A circuit training class is a high-energy, fast-paced workout that targets your entire body by rotating through a series of "stations" with little to no rest in between.
It’s the ultimate "bang for your buck" workout because it combines strength training and cardiovascular conditioning into one efficient session. Small weights and other tools for fitness may be used.
Core Training
A core training class is not just about getting six-pack abs; it’s about stabilizing the entire trunk, including your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen.
Think of it as building a sturdy foundation for a house—without a strong core, everything else is prone to wiggling or breaking.
Pilates
