Experience a transformative approach to movement by using dynamic imagery to "see" your anatomy in action and refine your body's natural mechanics. Through gentle exercises with soft, air-filled balls, you’ll learn to release deep-seated tension and hydrate your connective tissues for instant ease.

A sampling of bone rhythms to get you moving better in your daily life and your exercise life

Laura Peterson
Born in Seattle, Washington in the United States, Laura Peterson has been sharing her knowledge, skills and experiences with with exercise enthusiasts and dancers since 1992.
She received a Bachelor of Art in Dance from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Dance Science from Laban in London, UK. As a teacher, dancer and choreographer, her background includes tap, ballet, modern and many styles of jazz. She has been seen on stage performing with such companies as Redd Legg Dance, New Vision Dance, Lehua Dance Theatre, Arc Dance and the Seattle Symphony.
Laura most recently was an Associate Adjunct Professor of Dance at Bellevue College (BC) and on faculty at eXit SPACE School of Dance. Along with teaching dance at BC she was also proud to hold the title of Director for the Bellevue College Dance Company, where she produced the World Dance Festival and BCDC 1-2-3.
As a level 4 Franklin Method® Educator, she teaches many different workshops that help people understand how the body moves when you move. The Franklin Method® is a dynamic approach to movement that places the body and its function center stage. It helps you understand your anatomy better, offering imagery and embodiment techniques to help you hone its movement and maintain healthy function.
